A spectacular 47.2-kilometer course around the picturesque Lake Attersee – a paradise for time trialists. What sounds like the ultimate dream for road cycling fans has a name: KING OF THE LAKE. On September 26, 2026, this unique time trial celebrates its 16th edition, once again transforming the Austrian Salzkammergut region into a stage for cycling enthusiasts from all over Europe. Goosebumps like at the Tour de France are guaranteed!

Location: Neukirchen an der Vöckla, the family-friendly recreation village on the southern slope of the Hausruckwald, is located near the Salzkammergut, 12 km from Lake Attersee and 55 km from the festival city of Salzburg. Redl-Zipf train station is about 3.6 km away. The town of Vöcklabruck is about 12 km away.
