We recommend the following route:

Arrival in the Salzkammergut, Bad Ischl
If no bike guide is booked through Salzkammergut Touristik, the tour leader will receive the latest tips and tricks for the tours and the bike map during an information meeting.
Drive with the accompanying bus towards Wolfgangsee. Start the bike tour in St. Gilgen – along the Wolfgangsee to Abersee – ferry to St. Wolfgang, including the bike. Ascend the Schafberg with the Schafbergbahn to the Schafberg. The descent continues, and the tour goes on to Bad Ischl.
Day stage – approximately 25 km
Start directly at the hotel. Drive from Bad Ischl along the Traun to Bad Goisern - continue to Obertraun and Hallstatt. Tip: Don´t miss a tour of Hallstatt - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Returning along the route to Bad Ischl. Day stage - approximately 53 km
Drive with the accompanying bus to Mondsee - along the lake to Unterach on Attersee - along Attersee to Seewalchen - through small villages, it goes over Aurach am Hongar to Traunsee Day stage - approximately 62 km
Ride your bike from Bad Ischl to Lake Traunsee - the Traun River is your constant companion. Upon arrival in Gmunden, take the boat back to Ebensee. Return trip by bus. Day stage - approximately 30 km
Drive with the accompanying bus to Grundlsee - via Altaussee and the wooded alpine area of Blaa Alm to Rettenbachalm and further to Bad Ischl. Day stage - approximately 25 km
