Location: The Hotel Grand Elisabeth is situated in the very heart of Bad Ischl, just a short walk from the Kaiserpark and the historic Theater & Congress House. The famous Konditorei Zauner pastry shop is only a few minutes away on foot. The Bad Ischl train station and public transport connections are within easy reach, making the hotel the perfect starting point for excursions throughout the Salzkammergut region.
Facilities: The hotel opened in April 2025 and belongs to the 4-star superior category, offering modern and stylish interiors that blend classical elegance with contemporary design. Guests can enjoy the à-la-carte restaurant “Grande Liberté”, which creatively reinterprets regional classics, and the hotel bar “Violet Hour”, ideal for relaxing evenings. The hotel also provides charging stations for electric vehicles and on-site parking.
Wellness: Guests at the Hotel Grand Elisabeth are invited to unwind in the exclusive “Organic Alps Spa by Dorissima”, featuring an indoor pool, saunas, and relaxation areas. Facilities include a Finnish sauna and a bio sauna made from high-quality thermo oak. A modern fitness room is also available.
