Location: The 3 divided historic buildings are located in the historic village centre of Hallstatt. Restaurants, shops, boat dock nearby.
Facilities: The house consists of three buildings, the house Kainz, the house Stocker and the house Seethaler. Parking is outside the town (shuttle service at check-in/out).
Main house Kainz: 29 rooms, 3 junior suites, 2 suites - some with balcony and sea view. Right on the pier in the center of the village is the house Kainz with reception, breakfast restaurant, bar and Heritage café, sauna and infrared cabin.
House Stocker: 3 rooms, 1 junior suite, 2 suites, all rooms have lake views. The house Stocker is the oldest building and was built over 400 years ago. It is ideal for larger families, on the hillside, with fantastic views of Hallstatt and lake Hallstatt. For breakfast, the guests stroll through the marketplace and enjoy the idyllic town in the morning (approx. 1 min. walk).
House Seethaler: 11 rooms, 3 suites, 1 meeting room (max.20 people) - lake view. Approx. 2 minutes from the main house lies the house Seethaler, just on a slope overlooking the lake.
Rooms: All deluxe rooms (22-30 m²) and suites have a unique view of Hallstatt and mostly with views of lake Hallstatt. Each room looks different, the room sizes vary too. The standard is the same in all rooms:
